Miami's Airport Financial Center Completes Seven Office Leases Totaling 21,800 Square Feet

Airport Financial Center, a 10-story, 105,041 square foot office building located just north of Miami International Airport, has finalized seven leases totaling 21,800 square feet, including agreements with two new users and four existing tenants. The largest transaction was a 10,500 square foot lease renewal with The Miami Association of Realtors (RAMB). The buildings newest tenants will be AFSCME, the nations largest and fastest-growing public services employees union, and Exakt US LLC, a Miami-based general contractor. They will occupy a combined 7,068 square feet of space. Meanwhile, Cikel America, the Bolivian Consulate, the law firm of Charles M. Jones, PA, and the Eastern Airlines Retirees Association have all renewed their leases. Financial terms of the agreements were not disclosed.

Danet Linares, Juan Ruiz and Andres del Corral of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, exclusive leasing agent for Airport Financial Center, represented landlord AFC Investments, LLC in the transactions while Barbara Liberatore Black of Cresa South Florida represented RAMB. The other leases did not involve co-brokers.

Airport Financial Center remains a preferred option for tenants in the market for direct access to Miami International Airport and South Floridas major expressways, said Danet Linares, executive vice president of Blanca Commercial Real Estate. With new development taking shape in and around the airport and Miami gaining ground as an international business hub, we expect Airport Financial Center to continue attracting strong tenant interest.

Located at 700 South Royal Poinciana Boulevard in central Miami-Dade County, adjacent to Miami International Airport (MIA) and the Miami Intermodal Center, the buildings tenant roster also includes Space Coast Credit Union, Subway Internationals Latin America headquarters, and K to B, LLC.

Airport Financial Center offers convenient access to all of Miamis major thoroughfares, such as the Dolphin Expressway (SR 836), the Palmetto Expressway (SR 826), and I-95. The property offers unobstructed panoramic views, flexible floor plates of 10,500 RSF in size, covered parking, a ground floor caf, a conference facility, as well as an on-site ATM, and credit union branch with drive through. Top building signage is available to Penthouse or multi-floor users seeking exposure fronting the Airport Expressway (SR 112) and MIAs runways.

Aside from being the closest high-rise office building to Miami International Airport, tenants of Airport Financial Center are now just minutes away from Airport Link, which connects the Airport submarket directly to Miamis urban core, said Juan Ruiz, executive vice president of Blanca Commercial Real Estate.
