Royal Oaks Homes Names Kyle Courts Assistant Project Manager

Royal Oaks Homes, LLC (http://www.royaloakshomes.com), an award-winning residential new homebuilder, has announced that Kyle Courts has been named assistant project manager. In his new position, he will support the company's project manager in ensuring that new homes are started and completed on schedule and are constructed of the highest quality. As part of the new home building process, Courts will manage project vendors' schedules, making sure that deadlines are met. Prior to joining Royal Oaks Homes as a full-time employee, Courts worked part-time for the firm for two years after graduating from NC State University in 2011 with a Bachelors of Science.

Panasonic showcased its brand new home appliances and beauty products in USA market that realize smart lifestyle at International Home + Housewares show, one of top 20 largest trade show in USA from March 2 to 5 at Chicago.

The latest products from more than 2,100 suppliers assembled from around the world made their debut at the Show. The Show is the largest housewares-only fair in the world and 60,000 home goods professionals will be on hand to reveal innovative new products. Five Legum & Norman Managers Earn Impressive Industry Designation

The CMCA designation is a valued accomplishment in the community management industry. Managers must complete CAI's Professional Management Development Program course, the M-100: Essentials of Community Association Management. This course covers topics ranging from facilities management and community government to risk management and financial management. Once the manager has completed the M-100 course, they must then pass a comprehensive exam before earning the CMCA designation.

LaPrade brings more than 10 years of property management experience to L&N. He started in the community management field as a part-time leasing consultant and quickly advanced to site management. In his current position as a community manager, he manages a portfolio of seven communities throughout the Washington metro area.
